I am an ICF certified coach by for leaders and teams in Energy & Infrastructure. My superpowers are active listening | understanding and solving complex issues | building teams that work effectively.

• 1 to 1 coaching
I am supporting leaders with their management concerns (first role as a manager, new role with more responsibilities, executive loneliness, dealing with a conflict, change management…) by providing a safe space to share and helping them to deal with their challenges.

• Team and group coaching
I help teams who are a sum of individuals working side-by-side, without connection between team members, lack of trust and motivation, to become an effective team making use of collective intelligence with a real team spirit by combining team coaching, workshops, Positive Intelligence framework and team-building activities.

I am based in Singapore and can coach remotely or in-person in English and French.
