Geraldine is an executive coach and entrepreneur who helps business leaders and founders empower their team to reach peak performance. She leverages her leadership experience in the Finance industry and her coaching expertise to support scaling businesses in the APAC and EMEA regions.

Her career began in the Finance Industry 20 years ago where I held various positions focused on change management, merger & integration and team development, including leadership roles in Asia & Europe.

A strong-believer of the power of coaching in this disrupted world, she co-founded a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to train people to become Certified Coach and launched a web-application for coaches (GoMasterCoach.com).

She graduated from the London School of Economics, Parix IX University (Dauphine).
She is a professional certified coach from ICF and Gallup Strengths based in Singapore and can coach remotely or in-person.
